Vendor Application

Pedernales Farmers Market

We are a weekly, rain or shine outdoor market whose mission is to support sustainably practicing farmers and producers in our local economy. PFM is strongly focused on whole foods, clean ingredients and community health. We accept a limited number of artisan and non-food vendors, but NO RESALE. Booths range from $32-$37 per day depending on the category of vendor. There is a $25 application fee.


SUNDAYS 10am-2pm Year-Round (Shortened Summer Hours 10am-1pm)


Acceptance is based on alignment with our mission, overall product quality as well as space availability. Priority is given to those who can commit to a consistent annual schedule and whose business is conducted close to or within our Spicewood and greater Hill Country communities.


Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and will be responded to WHEN AND IF a space becomes available.


*New vendors must submit booth payment and liability waivers BEFORE their first day (full instructions in vendor agreement)
